Taking part in the Conference on “Opportunity for SME in the new Europe”, held in Alessandria (Italy), organized by local Ascom (Trade Union) and Chamber of Commerce, Gianluigi Cassandra, Italian lawyer in Manchester and North west (Uk) suggested, trading between Uk and European Union, that inserting anti Brexit clauses, in contracts on long period duration, will result in overcome uncertainty, save agreements and avoid disputes. Answering to some questions from attendees, mr Cassandra said that, in his opinion, investing in UK is still convenient and that the quality of business, despite Brexit, will remain of high standard, in a sparkling and cosmopolitan environment.
